:: Northern Michigan Photography ( A Day, An Island) - Milwaukee Lifestyle Photographer

What a day. Perfect. Any day spent chilling with family is worth noting; this one was no exception. It was spent on Mackinac Island located in Lake Huron and was filled with mounds of ice-cream, iced tea, biking, horses, weirdness, laughing, and a flip through of the Awkward Family Photo book. Need I say more?

My cousin Vera and I hung out most of the day and you'll see she's a model in a few of the images below! She's awesome.

Enjoy!

:: Summer Willow [Single Frame] - Milwaukee Lifestyle Photographer

Picture this:

high temperature, blue lake, sunny sky, light wind, and Weeping Willows.

What an incredible summer day. I hope you've been able to get out and experience summer - maybe even go for a swim? In my opinion, only fresh lake water counts as a summer swim; there's nothing like it!

But, back to Willows. Aren't they the best? I got to climb the one in the picture, and almost got far enough over to sit above the water. If you've never climbed a Willow tree, please, try it some time!

Alright, I trust you have had a good summer and will enjoy the coming weeks. Stay cool, enjoy the sun and all that.

And, enjoy the single frame below!

Looking ahead,

Ethan

1920's Themed Shoot ( Paige, Katie, & Ethan) - Milwaukee Portait Lifestyle Photographer

1 street with a hippy personality, 2 cafés, 3 artists, and lots of 1920's swag: that sums up the day we spent on Brady Street in Milwaukee. Ever just go out and do something off the wall? It's pretty freeing, right? I like to think of this adventure as a decade shuffle -- a remix of sorts. Paige and Katie, you were tremendously great to work with!

Enjoy this adventure.

Looking ahead,

Ethan

( Iced Dirty Chai -- a chai with 2 shots of espresso poured over ice. So, good.)
